Pros:

Antes mesmo de nossa chegada ao hotel recebemos uma ligacao"vc esta trazendo toalhas e manta" ora, estou indo para um hotel, toalhas nao tinha para substituir, tapete no banheiro nao existe (comprei um), tv so por internet e horrivel o sinal(justificativa se chover a internet fica ruim de sinal), cafe da manha muito fraco e com dificuldades de reposicao e nada a ver com as fotos publicadas, faltava talheres e guardanapos, precisavamos pedir e trouxeram papel toalha de cozinha.
Os funcionarios dentro da condicao apresentada, muito educados.

Bem, primeiro vou pontuar o que gostei:
1- Localização. A praia fica do outro lado da rua!
2- Funcionários. Os funcionários são muito gentis e solícitos.
3- Ar condicionado e Wi-Fi bons.
Agora o que eu não gostei;
1- Chuveiro. O chuveiro não tem meio termo; ou é muito quente ou é gelado. Às vezes a água quente acabava no meio do banho. Isso nãofoi só no nosso quarto, outros hospedes tambémreclamam.
2- Barulho. Todos os quartos sãovoltadospara piscina, então, é barulho o tempo todo. Teve um dia que serviram janta para um família na frente da nossa jnela e as pessoas ficaram conversando até às 23h.
3- Café da manhã. O café da manhã é razoável, falta opção de suco. Além disso, o horário de início indicado pelo hotel é às 7h30, mas a gente chegava neste horário e não tinha nada ainda.
Enfim, de todos estes problemas o único que me deixou de fato chateada, foi o barulho. Os outros nós acabamos nos acostumando e levando de boa.

Pros:

Bom hotel. Sala de café pequena. Nao comporta a quantidade de hóspedes.poderiam distribuir mesas em outros ambientes Somente um funcionário atendendo o cafe da manhã. Demora na reposição.
