Excellent location, nice staff and good food.
Children activities could have been complimentary since thete were limited games. The charges levied for kids activities were exorbitant.
We actually stayed in the Timber Heights as we were upgraded and had wonderful rooms, views and cable car ride to the Heights.
Nothing
Infrastcture was very poor quality. Morning b/f was pathetic with very limited options. Food very expensive, fruit plate maximum of Rs 50/- charged 509/-. Overall disgusted experience.
We stopped here on our trip to Shimla from Delhi, to break up the journey. The place is quite something. It is not cheap but it is great quality. The views from the balcony are wonderful and staff are attentive. It is also right next to the cable car station which is a great trip over to the opposite mountain.
We gave the pool a miss as there was nowhere really to lie out and we weren't sure whether use of the pool was heartily encouraged

The hotel lobby stinks.... the moment you enter to check in.

It was a peaceful stay, good for a break from day to day. Food options are good and it's on the highway, Good for a stayaction or you can travel to Kasauli or Shimla.
The ambience was beautiful.

The mattress on the bed was quite old and had body dents in it.
