Do not book this place basis how they show in pictures
Pros:

The rooms very extremely dirty and unhygienic, the water was not at all good, the cleanliness was no were to be scene , I even suffered UTI because of unhygienic washrooms., The lift is also not working properly my friend got stuck in it twice

Everything, the rooms, the washrooms, the environment everything was worst

Pros:

The room was not cleaned by the hotel staff during our stay there, even we had to ask them for basic stuff like water bottle and towels.

Cons:

Better service, like daily housekeeping and atleast leaving a couple of complementary water bottles and if the room has doble occupancy, leave two sets of dental kit.

Horrible experience and rude staff
Pros:

Honestly, it’s a terrible place to stay. Don’t even think about visiting if you’re traveling with kids or women with your family—you’ll just end up ruining your day and your trip. On top of that, these clowns will suddenly come up with new hotel policies, argue with you to no end, and refuse to let you check in, even if you’ve informed them in advance about your arrival time. The owner seriously needs some lessons in basic manners because he’s incredibly rude.

Cons:

I’ve stayed at this property twice, and we already knew the service was subpar and needed improvement. They assured me things would be better for the next visit, but clearly, they never learn. In fact, they somehow manage to make each visit worse than the last. This time, we had to switch to another hotel because they gave our room away to someone with a personal booking!
They always urge you to book privately by giving you a counter offer but avoid this at all cost

Location and support staff.

Cons:

Dirty rooms, without cleaning, dust cigrette buds at the time of checkin. Toilet fixtures were rusted, dirty not working properly. Bed sheets with spots.

What I like most is the location, as it's on the main road with a local market nearby.

Cons:

The rooms are dirty, with old and unhygienic bed sheets and a blanket. There's no proper water in the taps, and the sink was blocked.
