Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel this time only because they collected payment in advance.
Pros:

I checked out at 6.00 am, hence did not have breakfast and I have no comments about breadfast.

Cons:

It looks like nobody in the hotel is paying attention to cleanliness. STINGY ROOM. Looks the cleaning staff do not know their job. Even the cobweb in bathroom is there, may be since last few months. Hotel interested in collecting money before check in (strange). Total change in attitude towards guests and cleanliness of room is required. Seeing the present condition, I am sure, they are not going to change unless you change the Manager and all senior staff. THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED WITH THE CHANGING TIME. May be in 1975 this was a good hotel, definitely not in 2024. Bathroom is in worst condition.

Pros:

Staff is good and cooperative.Near to Tambakaram Railway Station.AC is good.

Cons:

Room size is too small.Not sufficient to keep your luggage. With this price I would not recommend.
