Pros:

The house was very clean, well maintained, and everything was in perfect order. The location in nature is fantastic — the only sounds were cows in the distance adding more vibes to the place. There is a small river nearby, and the area is very green and beautiful. It’s also close to many of the island’s natural attractions. The breakfast was amazing, and the host and his assistant Vani were very attentive. Everything was wonderful.

Vani é uma colaboradora Excepcional, extremamente atenciosa e competente ao nos atender. O chalé é muito agradável e todos os detalhes foram pensados com muita atenção

Por se tratar de um hotel com apenas 3 quartos, as televisões poderiam ser melhores em todos e o café da manhã servido (que é muito bom) poderia ter algum tipo de variação entre os dias

Pros:

Trata-se de uma experiência única a hospedagem na Casa Ivan. Apesar de situado numa região mais alta, com acesso não tão fácil para Uber ou Táxi, o local fica próximo de bairros como Jurerê Internacional e Canasvieiras. A acomodação que escolhemos (room 4) era um charme, com tudo pensado nos mínimos detalhes, inclusive com piscina privativa. A vista também é maravilhosa, sendo possível se sentir na Serra, no
Interior, mesmo na capital. O atendimento dos anfitriões também é sem igual, principalmente da Vani.
