Pros:

I was very happy as soon as I entered the room because the room and bathroom were clean. From the restaurant above, some parts of Pune can be seen clearly. It is less than 1 minute from the metro station. Breakfast and food are very clean and fresh. I was very happy with the good welcome from the hotel staff. I request my friends to stay at this hotel for a while.

Disappointed with Itsy Hotels organisation experience.
Pros:

I booked this room for 3 nights, and the communication regarding paying a deposit was very bad - ending in the hotel cancelling on me and leaving me in a difficult position. I have had endless marketing emails from them, and one asking me to pay for cancelling on them - when the opposite was the case. I won't book with Itsy again because of this. I had reassured them that I was arriving, but communication was very bad indeed.

The situation around them cancelling my booking and bombarding me with emails and texts.

Very inconvenient stay and no value for money. I think Booking.com should payback 50% of tariff paid

The staff was not polite and not responding to requests. Though said for check out , they have not provided hot water and bathed with cold water and got sneezing today. The bathroom was not hygienic. The location of hotel is very bad. Overall not satisfied and why booking.com empanels such hotels and creates problem for its customers.

The room is neat and clean. The staff was friendly. The bath room needs refurbishment.

I could not eat the break fast as I left for work before the break fast time. The location was accessible.

Cons:

The establishment is not having its own compound. Second floor of a building is converted to a hotel. The stair case / lift is shared by customers of other establishments functioning on the other floors. There is no parking space and has to be parked on the road side. However, the room was neat and clean. Bathroom needs refurbishment. The rate is almost on par with other establishments. An English speaking staff is required. I have stayed in Treebo hotel at Thiruvananthapuram and was on par with the rate and expectation.

Not happy with the stay. Sorry
Pros:

I liked the location of this hotel. It is easily assessable.

Cons:

Bathroom finish is too bad. There are centipedes roaming around closet. Amenities need to be improved.
Walls are too old and not painted well.
Foul smell while entering the room.
