Pros:

The location. The staff behaviour. Food was good. Breakfast was not good. Service was good. We had to carry our own luggage ourselves. No staff was alloted to carry our luggage. Except for this, it was a nice stay and we will definitely stay there in our next tour to Tata.

Overall a very pleasant stay. I would recommend others to stay here.
Pros:

Breakfast and food were like home food. Location is excellent and very peaceful. Other visiting places are quite near the hotel. Overall a very good experience. The staff was very helping in nature. They were very polite and guided well.

Cons:

Laundry services should be there. Rest of the things are all fine.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Limited spread but excellent cooking. All staffs are excellent, sober and very cooperative. 5 star to the staff.

Cons:

Bathroom. Tap was not working properly in room 103.

Cons:

Shower knob was not working, couldn’t use the shower. There was no hot water available initially. However, on complaining, they rectified it. Hotel interiors are a bit cramped.

It was a nice stay.

Breakfast spread was not upto the mark. Too few options in breakfast. Served maazaa instead of real fruit juice. Jam was not present during the three days of stay. Toaster was broken. The rate was too high for such property.
