Definitely the perfect location to calm down and relax
Pros:

Booked a 10 days stay in Hotel Catalina after demanding months to calm down and relax. Definitely the perfect location to reconnect to nature, enjoy the gorgeous landscape and getting pampered by the friendly Hotel service. Especially to mention is the great Beach Service with Food/Drinks and accommodating personnel. Breakfast buffet was always a highlight with local specialties and extra care in preparation.

A vista que se tem da praia é maravilhosa. Piscina climatizada,funcionários TDS simpáticos e atenciosos,o transfer é o diferencial do hotel e a tranquilidade do local. Café da manhã excelente..

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Catalina Hotel in Ubatuba. Die Lage ist wirklich super – für uns der beste Strand in Ubatuba! Der Blick ist traumhaft und man ist direkt am Meer, was den Aufenthalt besonders entspannt gemacht hat. Auch das Frühstück war gut, frisch und absolut ausreichend für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Einrichtung der Zimmer. Diese ist eher spartanisch und wirkt nicht besonders hochwertig. Hier gäbe es definitiv noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

A visually appealing hotel, but the experience did not justify the price charged.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was a good size. The view was beautiful, especially overlooking the surrounding nature and coastline.

Cons:

Several issues during our stay were not properly resolved, including maintenance problems in the room, lack of follow-up after issues were reported, and poor communication from staff. We also contacted the hotel privately after our stay to discuss these concerns but did not receive any meaningful follow-up. Additionally, an interaction with a member of reception staff on our final day felt dismissive and lacked empathy at a time when I was unwell, which further detracted from the experience. Breakfast was very limited for vegan guests despite this being noted in advance, and given the high nightly rate, the overall service did not represent good value for money.

Vista mesmo incrível !
Com bastante privacidade e, quarto bem espaçoso e com oferta de um serviço promissor que, precisava de mais atenção para a comunicação com a receção pois é exclusivamente via WhatsApp, e, a senhora demorou demasiado para responder. Outra coisa que já seria ideal ter na casa da praia são taças de vinho, champagne e etc. Pois há no frigobar opções de drinks e não há copos no quarto, sendo necessário demandar na receção, levou bué tempo.

Cons:

O caminho para chegar a casa é uma miséria, a rua de acesso não vale nada, parece a Índia, nem mesmo há espaço suficiente para manobrar a viatura em questão, e a rotunda é feita mesmo na areia da praia, com banhistas no areal. Uma coisa que, mesmo sendo orientado pelo staff para conseguir entrar a casa, creio eu não ser legal e, passível de multa ao condutor.
