The hotel location was ok, but the room cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. Bedsheets and bathroom weren’t properly clean, and the AC wasn’t working well. Staff didn’t seem very helpful either. The biggest issue – for the price I paid for this one room, I could’ve easily gotten 3 similar rooms at a better hotel. Overall, a disappointing experience.

This was by far the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, outdated, and smelled awful. The bed sheets had stains, the bathroom was filthy, and the air conditioning barely worked. The ceiling fan made so much noise I couldn’t sleep all night.

Bad experience with Fab9 Hotel in Noida
Pros:

Except location, I didn't like anything about this hotel.

Cons:

Small room, small bed, hard mattress, roaches roaming in the room, not clean, dirty linens, seepage on wall. It's not even worth half of the price I have paid.

As soon as I reached, requested to check the property before continuing. The room shown was dirty and had coackroaches running around. I refused to contunue, called Fab number to cancel booking. the call went unaswered.
Then sent Fab whataspp message for cancellation, not replied.
Today, I go the invoice,despite not continuing with the property....I didnt Stay !!!
