Cons:

A worst property for the value of your money. ACenc was not cooling, claiming availability of car parking is a pure lie. There is no parking space at all. Car are being parked on road far away from the property. This hotel has many names. One each for every hotel booking app. Furniture was dirty. Kitchen opens up at 8:30 am, gets operational around 9:30. Hence take your breakfast outside if you have come for an official work in Noida. Hotel doesn't provide bills at all. Another worst property of Booking.com.

Friendly staff in general. Also, the guy that delivers the breakfast is very sweet and proactive.
Pros:

Friendly staff!

The area is superb! ...there is a big supermarket 20 meters away from the hotel. Also a nice street market and an outdoors food court right opposite to the hotel.

Cons:

No windows in the bedroom. Yes, there is, but it has to be closed the whole time because it faces the interior part of the building. Otherwise mosquitos come to the room.

The breakfast is served in the room. There is no dining room/hall.

The biggest issue – for the price I paid for this one room, I could’ve easily gotten 3 similar rooms at a better hotel. Overall, a disappointing experience.

This was by far the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, outdated, and smelled awful. The bed sheets had stains, the bathroom was filthy, and the air conditioning barely worked. The ceiling fan made so much noise I couldn’t sleep all night.
