Cons:

Room was clean. Location was good.

Cons:

Room was not ready at the stated check-in time. Had to wait 15-30 mins in the lobby. After check and up until night time, no hot water -as I was told by reception, due to some maintenance work. Breakfast was OK but nothing exceptional.
