Foi muito boa.
Pros:

A localização e a infra do quarto.

Cons:

Foi solicitado um cobertor e não fomos atendidos. A recepção negou o cobertor por não estar disponível e não ter como entregar por se encontrar sozinho na recepção. Foi frustante, pq quer´piamos um cobertor para ficar mais acochegante e não fomos atendidos. Rever essa situação.

Could be a lot better

Breakfast was lovely and the location was good.

Cons:

Check in took about one hour which we found ridiculous, she was extremely slow and kept asking the same questions several times. The initial room they allocated to us smelled like poo, when we went downstairs to complain for a change of room…the maid had to confirm first prior to them allowing us to change our room. Even the maid was disgusted and apologised as the drain in the bathroom was left open and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time according to her. Once we got to our new room, we noticed that the floor hadn’t been mopped,the bed sheets were dirty and the soaps were practically empty. The cleaner for the hotel never did her job, it was quite comical…all she did was tuck in the sheets and gave us new towels. She never refilled the soaps and shampoo or swept or cleaned or wiped our room. The worst part is that the shower was never hotter than lukewarm if you were lucky. I wouldn’t stay here again and don’t understand why this hotel had such a high rating.

Un endroit apaisant et chaleureux
Pros:

Le personnel était exceptionnel, surtout ceux du petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et variés, meilleur moment 🤗
La chambre était correcte.

Cons:

Pas de insonorisation ni black-out aux fenêtres mais rien de très dérangeant.

La diversidad del desayuno

Cons:

-la llave de la habitación se desconfiguraba muy seguido
-el agua caliente casi no funcionaba al 100 en ningun lado, la ducha tenia una fuga que hacía que el agua saliera al piso del baño y el lavamanos casi no tenia potencia
-No estaba muy limpio, al punto que al entrar por primera vez a mi habitación me encontré con una cucaracha pequeña y viva
-Se escuchaba todo lo de afuera
-El aire acondicionado a veces fallaba
-Muy mala iluminación en la habitación

wzieliśmy ten hotel na jedną noc po przylocie, wieć trudno jednoznacznie go ocenic po tak krótkim pobycie. Wynajelismy go e wzgledu na dobrą lokalizację, ogólnie czysty i spełnił w całości nasze oczekiwania.

Gostei da localização e do tamanho do quarto e da cama.

Cons:

1. O vaso sanitário muito pequeno, parece para criança.
2. Não tem ducha para higiene pessoal.
3. A pia muito pequena e a bica é um chuveirinho que respinga tudo.
4. Nenhuma informação no quarto sobre o Wi-Fi.
5. Nenhuma informação no quarto sobre os canais de TV.
6. Não tem canais fechados nem streams e a portaria nao soube informar.
7. Os corredores sem ventilação e com forte cheiro de tinta e talvez de colas do piso.
8. Os quartos de frente são terrivelmente barulhentos: ônibus, trânsito em geral e bares com música.
