The location, breakfast
Initially I wanted to provide good feedback, but they don't look to address the minimal needs.
There wasn't toilet paper in the bathroom. I asked for that and the guy from the reception assure me he will send us the "governant" to fill in. After 10 minutes, I called again; he said that person is on the way to our room...
After 10 minutes, I called again, and he said to wait for one more minute...
10 minutes later, I tried to call 5 times; he didn't answer anymore. I went to the reception, and he told me he can help me with this issue.... Imagine being on the toilet and waiting for more than half an hour for toilet paper...
But for me this is a 3-problem issue:
- they don't meet the minimal needs of a 2-star hotel, but this is a 4-star.
- the guy lied (he was in charge of the reception in the morning of 17th August)
- that guy didn't answer, even if you'll have another important request
