Pros:

Boa localização, próximo de vários restaurantes e do metro. Pessoal simpático. Limpeza 5* . O pequeno-almoço é muito bom.

Cons:

Tudo impecável. O quarto atribuído inicialmente tinha um problema na sanita, mas os funcionários resolveram rapidamente o problema, oferecendo um upgrade.

Pros:

Hotel muito bom, quarto espaçoso e aconchegante. Café muito bom também. Pessoal da recepção permitiu deixarmos as malas até o horário do checkin e nos atenderam super bem. Ficamos trabalhando até o horário do check in no próprio espaço deles. Obrigada, foi bem legal a estadia para conhecer SP.

Ótima localização e custo benefício.
Pros:

A equipe foi absolutamente gentil e atenta às minhas necessidades. Quarto amplo e espaçoso, limpo, confortável. Café da manhã sensacional, com opções veganas separadas e grande variedade de forma geral.
De forma geral, estrutura muito boa, localização excelente pra quem tem compromissos na região central, e um bom custo benefício pra localidade. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Cons:

Por ficar de frente para uma avenidade movimentada, os quartos mais baixos poderiam ter janela que abafe melhor o ruído.
No momento do check out, logo após o café da manhã, poderia ter mais de um atendente, devido à alta demanda do horário, o que causou fila.

A estadia foi muito boa em todos os aspectos.
Pros:

Tudo é bem limpo e organizado, o que mais me surpreendeu foi o café da manhã do hotel e depois as camareiras vão todos os dias fazer serviço de quarto. Isso foi realmente um diferencial e muito bom!

Pros:

Breakfast was nice, comfortable bed

Cons:

Floor was dirty, I asked them to wash it. When I came back the floor was still dirty. I talked to people in the reception, they sent someone the next day to wash it. And I still saw a lot of dust, hair (not mine), pieces of trash on the floor. All what hotel “did” with this situation is allowed us to do late check in.

If you don’t care about property being clean, you can book it

A localização é incrível, tanto para lazer como para negócios. O café da manhã é excelente, com bastante opção, qualidade e o espaço é bastante agradável. As camas são muito confortáveis também e o chuveiro (o que funcionou) é bem gostoso.

Cons:

A comunicação da recepção foi um pouco confusa. Reservei dois quartos, um deles não tinha controle de tv e tem detalhes de manutenção como paredes quebradas e tintas borrada, além da limpeza nos cantos que poderia ser melhor. O outro quarto estava com o registro do chuveiro estragado e não tinha equipe de manutenção para consertar, tivemos que usar apenas um banheiro. O serviço de.governanca bateu bem cedo para repor minibar e não se apresenta quando bate na porta como padrão.
