Pros:

Vegan options available for breakfast

Cons:

- It's very noisy, you can't work during the day, and it's hard to sleep at night, as if you're outside, with the constant noise of buses and cars.
- The room isn't cleaned well, the bathroom is dirty, and the windows haven't been washed in a while.
- I asked for a quiet room because I needed to get some sleep. The staff promised it would be quiet, but it was noisy and they gave me the second floor. I didn't change anything because I can't say the staff was pleasant.
- Water is paid for at the hotel.
- The hotel bills itself as a 4-star hotel, but in addition to basic cleanliness and poorly functioning showers and faucets, there are no slippers or dental kit
- It's hard to adjust the water in the shower; the handles don't turn easily.

Pros:

The hotel was very well located with many interesting sites nearby. The famous Avenida Paulista was about 2 km away and easily walkable. The Breakfast was really awesome with a lot of varieties and the staff were amazing, it was really good value for the amount paid. I was attended to by Camila for check in and check out and she was very kind and helpful

Cons:

The only negative was sound proofing of the rooms so if you have noisy neighbours it may affect your sleep. Otherwise, I really liked the hotel.

Gostei bastante das acomodações do hotel no geral. Café da manhã bem servido. Equipe muito prestativa.

Cons:

Dois pontos de melhoria como sugestão para tornar a estadia ainda melhor, mas que não comprometeram em nada a avaliação.
1. No primeiro dia cheguei tarde e tomei banho próximo da meia-noite, e a água não era muito quente. No dia seguinte, tomei banho mais cedo, e a água estava muito quente. Provavelmente a água quente seja desligada após o horário de pico.
2. Disponibilizar um edredom leve ou manta meia estação torna a noite mais agradável. O edredon do quarto é excelente e confortável, mas é pra frio. Com ele fica calor e só com o lençol fica frio. Uma manta meia estação seria perfeito.
