Excellent value good location comfortable modern room. Breakfast was very good will book again.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but water was a bit metallic but apart from that can’t fault it.

Fint hotel, men meget trafik larm

God lokation, morgenmad og værelse.

Cons:

Det var som at bo uden vægge. Det ene vindue kunne ikke lukke helt, men lige meget hvad kunne man høre den larmende trafik ude på vejen.

Decepção, pois achei bastante falta de atenção em algumas coisas

Sempre fico no hotel e quando reservo, sempre coloco observação reserva para ficar no andar que gosto. Claro se houver disponibilidade. Dessa vez nem responderam. Chegando ao hotel me colocaram em outro andar, até aí tudo bem! No quarto que me colocaram estava com vazamento e mal cheiro no banheiro, rapaz da recepção subiu olhos e falou que iria trocar de quarto, e eu fiquei esperando!! 21:30h eu descendo com todas as minhas coisas para a recepção por que esqueceram de avisar e nem sabiam ainda qual quarto iriam me trocar. Acredito que deve ter mudado algo, gestão algo do tipo. Pois sempre fico à muito tempo no hotel, desde que trocaram o nome, estão regredindo parece . Dessa vez não foi boa a estadia

Esperávamos uma estadia confortável e não tivemos.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa para quem quer conhecer o centro de São Paulo

Cons:

A pressão de água do chuveiro e da pia são péssimas, além da água ter um cheiro muito ruim. Além disso, quando chegamos no quarto, havia um resto de papel jogado no banheiro e fios de cabelo no box do banheiro. Tivemos que solicitar à recepção uma limpeza no banheiro. O ar condicionado do quarto era de um tamanho insuficiente. Pegamos dias de bastante calor em São Paulo e o ar não dava conta de gelar o quarto.

Tem boa localização.

Cons:

Tive problema com o ar condicionado que ficou pingando o dia todo, liguei para a recepção disseram que iam lá ver e não foram.
A descarga do banheiro e do banheiro vizinho são super barulhentas.
A rua em frente também é barulhenta.

Hotel bom, custo aceitável, confortável. Considerando sp, aceitável.

Cama confortável, ar condicionado eficiente, chuveiro e banheiro de qualidade, serviço de camareira e recepção excelentes. Café da manhã muito bom, custo benefício acessível e válido.

Cons:

Travesseiros muito finos, isolamento acústico do quarto deixou a desejar ( muito barulho tanto da conversa no corredor quanto da janela da rua), academia com poucos aparelhos.
Sem serviço da cozinha em horários alternativos ao café da manhã.

Cons:

Academia podia ser melhor. E tudo faz barulho np quarto l, a pessoa do quarto ao lado falando no telefone, o bater da tampa do vaso dos vizinhos, a tubulação de água faz barulho.

Lovely stay in Republica. I felt safe at Sooz and the complementary breakfast was a plus.
Pros:

I felt safe in the hotel. It was peaceful and quiet. Loved that breakfast was included in the price. Breakfast spread was great. This is very important for me as sometimes meals while traveling can be difficult while staying in the hotel. Access to a microwave was also great.

Cons:

Quality of the hot breakfast could have been better.
