Localização, quartos e café da manhã muito bons
Pros:

Localização excelente, restaurante e serviço de quarto muito bons. Quarto bem equipado, tamanho bom, com mesa, armário, bancada de banheiro boa, armário, ferro e tábua de passar, secador e máquina de café.

Cons:

As toalhas são bem velhas e escardidas, deveriam ser trocadas para ficarem compatíveis com o padrão do hotel. Os rejuntes do banheiro estão desgastados e encardidos.

Très joli hôtel dans une rue calme de Pinheiros. Il y plein de cafés et restaurants et on pouvait aller à pied même le soir. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

Les bouteilles d’eau étaient disponibles dans la chambre uniquement le premier jour.

Great location, breakfast. Rooms need maintenance.

Great location and impressive breakfast spread and service. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Our bathroom had a shocking amount of mold outside of the shower and stained floors with marks on the walls. I was very surprised to see this standard in a Radisson. The rooms could use a refresh. Pillows were really low standard.

Beste Lage und moderne Zimmer - dazu ein umfangreiches Frühstück
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in guter und sicherer Lage von Pinheiros, aufmerksames und engllisch sprechendes Personal. Vom Check In bis zur Abreise blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt.

Cons:

Der Frühstückssaal ist etwas klein ausgelegt. Wenn viel los ist, dann wird es manchmal etwas kuschelig. Aber das Personal richtet die frei gewordenen Tische sehr schnell wieder her.
