Muita pompa e pouca circunstancia
Pros:

localizacao muito boa, as instalações tem muito potencial, mas sinceramente fasano sempre foi referencia de serviços, achei a recepcao muito fraca, me mandaram a um quarto errado e ainda ninguem me apresentou o quarto

atendimento muito ruim pelo preço do hotel, fiquei extremamente decepcionado com o atendimento e com a maneira como a equipe da recepcao trata quando ha problemas, cafe da manha com pessimo atendimento e comida bem fraca e CARA

Quarto sempre arrumado e limpo

Cons:

Piscina por 2 dias não funcionou, internet muito ruim no quarto quase não funcionava e funcionários do estacionamento eram intrometidos, não eram discretos.
