Nos momentos de maior movimento, e em dois dias seguidos, apenas 1 dos 3 elevadores estava funcionando. Em um dos dias optei por subir pelas escadas, mas em ao menos 2 andares as luzes de emergência não estavam funcionando e as escadarias estavam totalmente escuras.

No dia de sair um funcionário insistiu em bater e eu deitada entrou para conferir frigo bar. Foi muito desagradável . Deviam fazer isso qdo não estivéssemos mais n o quarto como em todos os hotéis
