Precisa de uma reforma urgente
Pros:

Este hotel fica no mesmo local/estrutura do antigo e luxuoso Hotel Maria do Mar, mas o mesmo fechou ou faliu e agora estão alugando os quartos em péssimas condições. A recepção assustadora.. parece uma obra inacabada, somente uma mesa onde alguém te atende sem fazer nenhum cadastro. Circulação de pessoas sem a mínima segurança, inclusive pessoas que moram (inquilinos) no local.
Acabamos dormindo porque chegamos tarde para o check-in e não tínhamos outra opção para dormir.
Mas sinceramente o que não podem é fazer um diária com valor em conta e apresentar fotos que não são reais.

Bom custo benefício, mas com alguns empecilhos
Pros:

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício comparado a outras opções de Floripa. O quarto é limpo e aconchegante. Porém, dos três dias em que fiquei hospedada, em dois tive que tomar banho frio. Num dia alegaram rompimento na bomba, que foi sanado até de noite. No outro, novamente banho frio e a justificativa era a manutenção do sistema. Vale destacar também que havia muitos pernilongos no quarto e algumas tomadas com mal contato.

O quarta não tinha televisão.

Bom atendimento, pessoal prestativo.
Quarto amplo, boa vista.
Explicaram para nos que o hotel é um sistema econômico. As instalações foi de um hotel 5 estrelas hoje é uma proposta diferente.
