Toalhas de banho velhas tao velhas que estavam só as linhas .
Quarto com vazamento de agua amanheceu alagado , ar condicionado nao desliga e nem aumenta e dimiya temperatura, cafe da manhã lamentável, nao tinha nen o cafe preto pedimos ficamos aguardando uns 20 minutos e nao veio . Simplesmente lamentável.
