Superbe établissement dans le quartier très agréable de Santa Theresa. Calme, à l’abri de l’agitation. Piscine hyper agréable, belle vue sur la ville et petit déjeuner formidable. Super accueil. Chambre spacieuse, calme, propre. Génial !

Café da manhã não é bufett é tipo a la carte mais atende bem, é servido no restaurante do hotel, só um observação, não tinha disponível leite ou um achocolatado para quem não toma café, tem que solicitar. Acabou que não veio e tomei suco que tinha disponível. Tem opções no cardápio que são cobradas a parte.
O omelete veio cru por dentro, fomos informados que os hospedes geralmente são estrangeiros e eles preferem desta forma que passou a ser um hábito do hotel, pedimos para deixar mais tempo no fogo mais retornou ainda cru por dentro, não sendo possível consumi-lo. Poderiam colocar um campo de observação no cardápio no caso dos pedidos de omelete bem passado ou mal passado, ou gema mole ou dura. algo do tipo para atender todos os tipos de hospedes.
El hotel es un oasis en medio de Santa Teresa, es hermoso. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y el staff es increíble. Son demasiado amables y dispuestos ayudar, así no sepas portugués ellos siempre tienen mucha paciencia y te explican todo. La comida del restaurante es espectacular, y la vista es única. La piscina es hermosa, tiene muchos árboles. Espero regresar pronto, me encantó todo. Muchas gracias a Beatriz y Ana Luzia por su ayuda! Hicieron nuestra estadía única. Hay monos titis cerca y animales, es hermoso!
This hotel was a real hidden gem. The views over Rio were spectacular, the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the whole place had a peaceful boutique feel. The pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. Santa Teresa was one of our favourite parts of Rio, and this hotel was the perfect base to experience it.
Honestly, very little. The only minor downside is that Santa Teresa is quite hilly, so walking back can be a workout, but that’s part of the area’s charm rather than a fault of the hotel.
Beautiful property, great staff, and great breakfast. Loved being in this neighborhood after exploring Copacabana and Ipanema. It has a totally different feel.

The shower cubicle screen has no door and water leaked out onto the bathroom floor.
Tout ! Le personnel est très attentionné, les chambres sont incroyables, la literie donne le sentiment de dormir sur un nuage, le restaurant est délicieux, l'hôtel est décoré avec goût, la piscine et sa vue offrent un moment de détente précieux. Un séjour merveilleux !

I booked a room for one night and wanted to do something special and the staff was exceptional! They scattered flowers across the floor and organised a bottle of champaign. The whole service was amazing from check-in to check-out. The room was sensational with a great view and everything we needed and the breakfast was perfect as well.
10/10! I would recommend a stay to everyone!

Le lieu est vraiment beau, piscine avec très belle vue sur Rio. Le petit déjeuner aussi se prend avec vue et est très bon. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et serviable. Les chambres sont belles et très propres.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet the level of cleanliness and maintenance we expected. We noticed several issues, including worn bed sheets, an insect in the toilet, a spider web hanging from the light fixture, and a significant amount of dust above the air-conditioning unit and damaged walls in our room.
These details gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or properly inspected before our arrival, which negatively affected our experience.
