Poor hospitality, cleanliness but price is inexpensive
Pros:

The valley view from the property is nice and value for money

Cons:

Rooms were not clean. There was fungus on the bathroom tiles, bathroom utilities were dirty, there was spider in the room and bathroom as well. Also the hospitality of staff was poor. We placed our food order at around 8:30 and then they forgot about the order and called us at 10:00 pm to tell us that they cannot proceed with our because it’s too late.

Hotel staff denied entry at 12:30 am in midnight even after my online confirmed booking I was there with my family very unresponsive disrespectful
