Cons:

Reservei quarto duplo standard, entregaram um quarto casal, alegando que a booking repassou a reserva com erro. Quarto ao lado do refeitório, com janela que não trancava, voltadas para o estacionamento. Atendimento muito ruim, recepção com luzes apagadas, recebendo documento para assinar estando no escuro. Funcionária despreparada.
