Apex Beacon Hotel, Mumbai

We arrived shortly after midnight, on opening the door a cockroach was seen, it was killed and taken to the reception.
A short while another was seen but managed to escape

I recently stayed at Hotel Apex Beacon, Mumbai, and my experience was far below expectations. The property looks nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The rooms were unclean, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. Basic cleanliness and upkeep were completely missing.

Despite being shown online as a 4-star hotel, in reality it feels like a 1-star property at best. The overall experience was not cost-worthy, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay in Mumbai.

This is a neat and decent property, located in JB Nagar off Sahar Road.
Though the room size was a bit small to my liking (similar to many other hotels in Mumbai...space really is a constraint and comes at a premium, I guess), it was equipped with all the necessities. Also had a decent view from the window.I found the service to be the high point of this hotel....room service being prompt and efficient and housekeeping spot on. The food was decent and buffet breakfast spread was also quite palatable. This property is a good option for a pocket friendly, short, solo trip.

the rooms are extremely small and stuffy. the reception staff in the late event ng are highly impolite and non courteous. Typically non challant and after 2.5 hrs of ordering food around 9pm after repeated follow ups the reception guy says lot of rush and try tomato/swiggy!!!!

The staff was so friendly and kind that it felt like coming home every time we entered the hotel. However the room was more worn than expected and not convenient for more than a few days as we had nowhere to put our clothes and things. We kept running out of toilet paper - that is not where you want to save if you want to have international guests. It was surprisingly quiet at night so we had no problems sleeping.

Good for people looking for business stays who are not looking forward to not stay in rooms for longer durations

This hotel is around 10 mins drive by ola/uber from Terminal 2 ( Airport ) and charges applicable are between 200-250 INR by app based taxi which is pretty cheap. Hotel is located next to some international school so it's easy to locate. Area of the hotel seems pretty decent and safe to stay. However closest mall ( Phoenix ) is around 30 mins by auto / cab. Now coming back to the stay, we booked on room only basis as we had flight next day early morning so did not get to try their restaurant. Coming to the room : Check in was very smooth, rooms are small but equipped with all amenities , extremely clean and quality linen , hot water 24x7 , good front desk, in room tea coffee maker with 2 complimentary water bottles. I paid around 5.5k in INR per night which i found was on a little higher side compared to the size of the room.

Overall our stay was very satisfactory and we did not face any issues while we were staying here.

A such a nice hotel with amazing services and food. My trip was mix of business as well as leisure trip and on which this hotel fullfill all our requirement. I will recommend all business as well as leisure traveller to stay over hear
