Breakfast was literally bought from a road side restaurant and placed in serving dishes, Full blown aircon with no fan or ac controls that work, Used and dirty towels were left on bed, hot water was cutoff by 10am so had to have cold shower.
The location was decent
Towels had stains and not clean. The coffee cup in the room was not cleaned. There was unpleasant smell in the hallways and the room.
it is an OK hotel, not satisfied with our stay in this hotel, The hotel only wants money, because we checked in at 1:30 pm and at 11 am next day hotel person called to vacate the hotel, because checkout time is 11am

Water came on 2 nights after. Bedding was filthy and blood stained.
The hotel is located in a convenient location, with clean and well-maintained rooms.
This hotel is not suitable for a bed and breakfast (BB) basis.
During check-in, I asked about the breakfast time and was informed it would be served at 8:30 AM. However, on both days, when we arrived at that time, there was no food available. It seems the hotel has no proper count of how many guests are staying or how much food is needed.
We had to wait nearly 15 minutes for food to be brought in. Once guests arrived at the dining area, hotel staff would rush to a nearby shop to purchase food, serving only limited quantities—even tea was inadequate. They charge a reasonable amount for breakfast, but the service is far below acceptable standards.
Additionally, for foreign guests, filling out a "C Form" is mandatory as per immigration requirements. Unfortunately, the hotel staff failed to inform me of this during check-in. As a result, I faced significant difficulties at the airport during my departure. Immigration officers questioned why my details were not entered into the system, which is a legal obligation. This serious oversight clearly reflects the hotel’s lack of training and professionalism.
To make matters worse, Booking.com, you are also part of this blunder. We trust your platform and place our bookings based on your recommendations. It is your responsibility to ensure the quality and reliability of the properties you list.
I strongly urge you to conduct random inspections of listed hotels—without revealing your identity—so you can experience what your customers truly go through. If issues like these continue, mark my words, people will begin to lose faith in your platform, and this will open opportunities for your competitors.
I am utterly disappointed and will never stay at this hotel again
Breakfast was not so good. Very minimum items. Quality of food was not so good.
The housekeeping staff was not well behaved.
