Money wasted

Cons:

Shady hotel, there payment machines have suspicious activity due to which my bank detected fraud and cancelled the transaction, hotels rooms in pathetic condition, dirty stained bathrooms

poor service no professionalism and no hospitality behavior
Pros:

They are not professional, rooms are not clean , do not have towel as well. when i ask for towel they give towel after 30 min. Even handwash was not there , then after my request they arrange.

Cons:

the access card for room is not working twice , no one taking care for their guest , very immature behavior. looks like lack of staff.

Poor reception and room service
Pros:

The only thing good about this place was a receptionist on the very first day when we checked in, I never got to know his name. After that nothing was good.

Cons:

After that nothing was good. No service whatsoever the receptionist next was so unprofessional and so rude, you dont get food after ten, no room service after ten whatsoever. Asked us to order from zomato and instead of delivering to the room they told delivery guys to call us and tell us come down and take your order. No wonder by this franchise is loosing its name value. Hire better front desk staff like the man with spectacles. He was awesome all the star rating am giving is because of him and only him. Very very poor experience I ever had that to after paying so much. Shitty staff, rude behavior. Dont waste your money.
