Horrible experience - get an AirBnB instead.

Availability of the place.

Cons:

Extremely unclean room. There was food and hair from whoever used the room previously. The AC was not working properly. The staff was not helpful. Had to call several times to get pillows. When ordered a new pillow (because the existing one was dirty), they came with only one and said, "We don't have more pillows in the Hotel".

You charge me 7500 INR per night for stay and can't ensure basics?

There was also badly parked cars on the hotel parking lot -apparently belonging to some politician. This parked car blocked way to go to the parking behind it. Not one, not twice, but several times there was different cars there.

Excellent comfortable hotel for business or short visit.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, we tried buffet and a la carte, everything good. Convenient location close to restaurants, shops and shopping malls.
