Terrible
Pros:

Room cleaning staff and their work

Cons:

Room is very small. Not even close to the part of the”worth the money”. Washroom gave me anxiety, very small, more like a train toilet.

They just got greedy in fitting in 20-23 rooms in one floor. We paid no less but a good amount. At last a little spacious room is all we had expected.

Coming to food, we had to have breakfast all the days since we paid for it. Otherwise I would have happily skipped it like how we skipped having any other meal. Food is way below average.

Stayed for almost 4 days to see almost the same menu everyday, have a courtesy to change at least the fruit juice and fruit option

Disappointing ... it should be called a good lodge, not a star hotel
Pros:

The security and front desk staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel's location is also convenient, especially for getting taxis and travelling around.

Cons:

I was honestly quite disappointed with my stay at ibis Thane. The room could have been better maintained, especially the cleanliness and bedsheets. The view from the window was also not very pleasant, as it overlooked a slum area.

Breakfast was another letdown. The tea was cold, and the cut fruits didn't look fresh, almost as though they had been cut the previous day.

What disappointed me most, however, was the service at breakfast. When I asked about the tea, the F&B Manager simply told me to go and collect it from the bar counter. I felt the response could have been much more polite and helpful.

I understand that ibis is a budget hotel, and I wasn't expecting anything luxurious. But a clean room, fresh breakfast, and friendly staff are basic things that make a stay comfortable.

I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving the guest experience. I have stayed at better ibis properties, so I was expecting a much more pleasant experience here.

Clean & tidy rooms & washrooms. Good location.

Cons:

Rooms & washroom size could have been bigger.
No prior intimation about carrying the vaccination certificate of your pet while booking.
It's a must to save you from the last minute rush.
