¡Una excelente experiencia! 100% recomendable en precio, calidad y buen trato
Pros:

Las personas de recepción son muy amables, con excelente disposición de ayudar y explicar, también nos ayudaron a contactar un taxi para facilitar el tour. Las piezas son con aire acondicionado y ventilación. El lugar es cómodo, higiénico, y acogedor. Mi estadía fue excelente.

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Without any reason, they cancelled our booking 36 hours before arrival. The hotel was booked through booking.com and credit card provided, so they should have been no issues. We were stressed out for 36 hours because we could not get hold of the hotel or booking.com.
When we got to the hotel they said the room was cancelled but could not explain who or why the room was cancelled. But did give us room for the night.

Pros:

The team in this hotel was amazing. Starting from Front desk to Housekeeping and Room service. Very polite, accommodating and hospitable. The team went over and beyond to meet our requirements. The room was very well laid out, the bed was just perfect, one of the most clean and presentable hotels in the area.

We stayed at Hotel Savera Inn, Kandivali West, Mumbai and had a very disappointing experience.

First of all, how is a hotel even operating with only 2 rooms on each floor? We had booked 12 rooms for our group, and to our surprise, they were scattered across different floors! Extremely inconvenient and poorly managed.

Secondly, they had offered a MAP package to our association, but instead of serving proper meals, they provided *packed thalis from some unknown restaurant*. The food quality was *pathetic*. Even after repeatedly informing them that we didn’t want such packed food, they insisted we “adjust” because it was part of the package — totally unprofessional.

To add to that, the breakfast was served in a garage-like area! No proper dining space, no basic hospitality setup — just complete mismanagement.

Would definitely *not recommend* this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or decent stay. The management seriously needs to rethink how they’re running this property.
