There was a long step to reach hotel. Difficult with heavy luggage. No lift.
The room size was very small and a bad smell always came from bathroom.

The room was not been clean.There was a coating of dust on the window sill and curtain.There was dust on bedside table drawers.A hotel should have a small restaurant with a printed menu card.The one good thing was the very warm and courteous staff.The bathroom was smelling of urine and the smell would not go away.How about getting the sewage pipe flushed with phenol?
