Poor experience for the price paid - based on other similar 4-Star hotels.
Pros:

Location is great, front desk staff is responsive and prompt with communication. Rooms are well appointed.

Cons:

We stayed there first weekend of 2026 - there was a 350 student tour out up in the same hotel at that time. As a result, all the facilities- housekeeping, restaurant staff, front desk etc were completely stretched and the hotel was in bad shape. Our room toilet had not been sanitized prior to arrival. They had allotted a king bed room for three adults but their room size is SMALL - there was hardly any room to move after the mattress was put in ground - no rollaway beds either. Kitchen floor was dirty, food was mediocre and dinner we ate was overpriced. While the large student group was there, it was very noisy at all hours. Things normalized a bit on Monday after the large tour left but all in all despite well intentioned staff, it was a poor experience for the price paid.

Cons:

Room was very average.property is not at all 5 star. Food was bad. Breakfast time is very crowded and poor service. Food very bad.
Bed linens were used and I had to make a complain about it. The housekeeping staff literally provided pillow which had pan spit. Please don’t stay at this property.
