Pros:

Great hotel. We were a family of 4, and had a family suite with 2 connected rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My son became ill during the trip and they helped sort out a doctor and ckean the room
Hotel was very clean. Pool area was great with bar serving food and drink

Pros:

We had booked 3 rooms for our family during the peak season since there weren’t many other options available and our entire experience was simply terrible. Bathrooms were smelly. Rooms were poorly furnished and the furniture was all chipped and worn off. The bed and bath linen were of poor quality and not well laundered. Didn’t have the courage to consider having breakfast despite having paid for it as a part of the package…

Pros:

Nice hotel- around 15 mins walk from the beach/ centre - tuk tuk are around 150 inr each way…
Pool area really nice - a lot of the pool tiles had fallen off making the pool feel dirty.
Bar and snacks available all day at the pool.

The rooms were massive - but lacked a homely feel- also the kitchen was huge but no plates , no cutlery , nothing but 2 cups.

Rooms cleaned daily but for the four of us they’d leave 2 towels .

We kept Room for late check out for 50% of our daily fee which was fair
Rooms have in room safe

We also enjoyed the monkeys in the trees by the pool .
Pool provides free towels
They sell day passes to the pool too but was mostly quiet
