Está bom, mas pode melhorar!
Pros:

Da localização, do café da manhã e da hospitalidade da maioria dos funcionários.

Cons:

O quarto parecia estar em obras, pois, no banheiro, não tinha nenhum lugar para pendurar uma roupa, uma toalha e nem lugar para colocar um sabonete, tive que colocar no chão.
Apesar de ter uma "arara" no quarto não havia nem um cabide para pendurar roupas. Fui informada na saída que eu teria que ter pedido, mas não poderiam deixa alguns cabides no quarto?
Enfim, a estadia foi satisfatória e, parece que as obras que estão sendo feitas irão melhorar muito mais a infraestrutura do hotel.
Irei me instalar lá muito mais vezes, com certeza.

A localização é maravilhosa! Colado no Hilton, no limite entre Cobacabana e Leme (com fácil acesso ao Botafogo), a um quarteirão da praia, em uma rua muito segura. O café da manhã merece todos os elogios possíveis! Fiquei em 2 suítes diferentes e a com varanda vale a pena a diferença de preço. Definitivamente é o melhor custo benefício para quem quer conhecer o RJ e ter um lugar confortável para descansar.

Cons:

Tive o imprevisto de me hospedar durante reforma e isso nao havia sido comunicado (e compreendo perfeitamente; nao é atrativo a informação). Haviam operários nos corredores, sempre muito gentis; honestamente, o barulho que faziam era mínimo e isso não me incomodou. Mas por estar em reforma, havia apenas 1 elevador funcionando, com capacidade de 4 pessoas (alguns dias optei por usar as escadas por 10 andares pela demora); a suite dos primeiros dias tinha resíduos de poeira de obra no chao e escrivaninha - que foram limpos pela equipe, sem maiores repercussões negativas.

Ótima Hospedagem no Leme
Pros:

Reservamos o hotel para ficarmos próximo ao Show da Shakira. Foi ótimo! Cama confortável, banheiro com água quentinha, tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã bem farto. Recepção e camareiras super atenciosas. É um hotel que voltaria com certeza. Ótimo custo benefício.

Ok but not ideal under the circumstances

We booked a deluxe king room (25m2) and paid on arrival. We got to the room and it was tiny with a double bed (14m2). I went back down to reception and they told me they had put us in that room because it was nicer than the other room. It had been renovated but way too small. You had to lie on the floor to get to the safe. No towel rails. Very disappointing. They showed me the room I had booked which was on a floor undergoing renovations and there was banging and crashing. They refused to reimburse us for the difference in room prices.

O banheiro não tinha janelas e nem um exaustor. Os lençóis e cochas estavam manchadas, sem saber se era sujeira ou mancha de uso.

Decent location but a total dive
Pros:

Had 4 beds in a room for 2, nice to have a day bed. Breakfast was also great

Cons:

Where do I begin? This hotel is so run down and is filthy. Didn’t have housekeeping visit our room once in the 4 days we stayed!!! One lift to service something like 14 floors and it was temperamental!

The bathroom was hideous

Ótima localização com diversas opções por perto. Térreo super aconchegante. Me senti seguro. Tem um bartender muito bom.

Toalhas com cheiro estranho, barulho de construção, corredores sujos, mangueira de vazo do banheiro estragada, funcionários conversando alto no corredor, funcionários do café da manhã mal educados, mesas do café da manhã pouco organizadas.

Great location and the rooms are ok. Breakfast is good but great

Cons:

1st night the bathroom had a harrible smell coming from gutter. I complaint multiple times to check. They didnt check but eventually on my 3rd attempt offered to change room. It was a larger welll furnished room. It looked nice I took. I returned a few how laters only to find cockroaches and bugs on the bed. Unbearable for me so I checked out. Staff is very friendly, they offered me a better room free. Hotel manager needs to sort out hygiene in the rooms.
