Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a 50 m de Avda. Atlántica frente a playa Copacabana.
Excelente habitación.
Muy buena atención del personal.
Muy buen servicio de limpieza.
Excelente el desayuno!

Cons:

Si bien la habitación cuenta con TV no había señal, por lo tanto, no vimos tele.
El hotel se encuentra en remodelación, aún así no hay inconvenientes para su estadía.

Buena ubicación

Cons:

El ascensor es muy pequeño . Además que bloquearon uno . Y como es tan pequeño el que quedó funcionando demoraba mucho por las personas esperando . Y tuve que subir y bajar los 13 pisos en varias oportunidades .
El baño tenía mal olor. Y los pasillos eran muy calurosos

Месторасположение прекрасное. Лобби и ресторан хорошие. Прекрасные завтраки. Вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Ванная была плохо убрана - в душевой осталась чья-то резиночка для волос. Также требуется ремонт ванных комнат и смена полотенец на новые.

Вроде бы ремонт в самом отеле уже идет. После ремонта я бы вернулась

Pros:

Fue un lugar muy acogedor para mis hijos y yo. Cómodo, limpio. La atención de todos siempre fue muy amable y con buena disposición. La ubicación excelente. A una cuadra de la playa, al lado del centro y con muchos lugares alrededor para comprar o comer. Los desayunos eran excelentes, con mucha variedad y exquisitos.

estava com muita reforma, elevadores demorando. Fiquei mais de 30 minutos pra descer pro café da manhã. O Café da manhã é bem simples e ruim, um dos piores que ja tomei.

Excelente desayuno, ubicación perfecta y la habitación muy cómoda.

Cons:

El aseo de la habitación se hacia muy tarde, en varias oportunidades no se dejó papel higiénico en el baño

Decepcionada por los $230 que pagué, no lo vale.
Pros:

El servicio del personal de recepción, son muy amables y tratan de ayudar en todo.
El desayuno bastante variado y bueno.
La ubicación cerca a la playa buena, pero como zona para salir a pasear o caminar no es bonita ni limpia.

Cons:

Las habitaciones viejas, descuidadas, sucias, muy sucias , manchas en el piso no barrieron ni pasaron trapo días, sábanas viejas, baño sucio, inodoro olía feo.
No había shampo en la ducha, pedí 2 veces y tardaron 20 min en traerlo, la puerta del baño no cerraba.
El.control remoto del baños no funcionaba.
El aire acondicionado era ruidoso y una tapa estaba pegada con un curita.
La vista de la habitación desastrosa.
Ingresaba el olor a comida a la habitación cuando preparaban el desayuno.
Pagué mas casi $230 por un hotel que no lo valia excesivamente caro.

Dobra poloha, blizko bus, restauracie, 2 rad od plaze. Prisli sme rano a boli nam poskytnute ranajky, uzamknuta miestnost na odlozenie batoziny

Boli sme na dve noci. Druhy den po prichode do izby boli karty od izby zablokovane. Na recepcii nam povedali ze nemame zaplatene. Zaloha za prvu noc bola stiahnuta z karty a pri prihlasovani nikto nechcell doplatok. Da sa to riesit aj inak ako zablokovanim vstupu do izby.

Para tener en cuenta.
Pros:

El desayuno muy variado y completo. La ubicacion miy buena. A una cuadra de la playa. Habitacion comoda.

Cons:

No me gusto la limpieza de las habitaciones. Es muy por arriba. El baño en especial.
Otro tema es que deberian cambiar el ascensor viejo. Yo me quede encerrado 40 minutos.
