Staff was incapable to help, service was very bad. No where near a 5 star experience. More like a 3 star hotel. Not worth your money.

Pros:

The location was very good. Very close to the railway station and that's the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Where do I start. There was so many inconsistencies in their service. The carpets in the room were stained. The service in the restaurant, on the room, at reception was so time taking. We spent so much money for a comfortable stay but it was a big waste of money for us. There was so much noise by other guests lat night and the reception staff didn't even intervene. On our departure, the front desk staff tried to offer a complimentary cab however, on our booked slot it was offered to other guests and then they said no other cabs are available. No service recovery was offered. I had to ask myself. The food was so mediocre from the restaurant and it took very long waiting time to arrive. Definitely won't be coming back here.

Overall very good stay.
Pros:

Excellent service by staff. A few yards from Katra railway station. Very good breakfast spread (even though slightly over priced).

The staff hadn't bothered to check the room readiness, AC was dripping, TV Remote not working, Only One No Glasse & Mug provided.

They looked into everything when once asked for specifically.
