Great place and staff!
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, located in a peaceful setting near Laxman Jhula. The hotel primarily caters to Indian clientele, yet the staff's exceptional kindness and willingness to assist is universal.

איכות החדרים, הריהוט והנוף היו רחוקים מאד מהמציאות ובוודאי לא מצדיקים סכום אסטרונומי כמו ששולם.
ריח טחב ואחזקה לקויה, לא פלא שהמקום היה שומם.
עד כדי כך שביטלתי את ההזמנה ולא הסכמתי לישון שם ולקחתי מלון אחר ליד בסכום קצת יותר ואיכות פי אלף יותר טובה.

I had used the room having balcony and it was charged 4,500/ - night (Area of 200 sq. feet) which is very high considering the conditions.

Definitely worst place to stay with no good facilities, worst food and stay was so conjusted.

Just the location was good and very near to the ghat and laxman jhula.

Cons:

The owner provided us with different room category and we had booked deluxe room from booking.com and he was charging us deluxe room price when we confronted him he straight away said I won’t let you go and he even closed the entry door. He was so rude to my mother and father. I would never recommend this place to my friends colleagues and family. And will even tell intentionally to other people never to book this place as the owner doesn’t have manners. A person who is willing to close the entry gate so we can’t leave. Such a rude person. I believe he doesn’t have any knowledge on how to manage the hotel and customer service

We booked somewhere else once we saw the room
Pros:

Staff were kind, should have given us a refund since we did not feel comfortable staying at the property.

Facilities didn’t work, room was dirty, black mould in bathroom, air quality was really poor, not comfortable.
