Utterly hopeless, Please DO NOT BOOK

We never stayed here since our rooms were not ready.

Cons:

We waited for 2 hours in the mrng inspite of requesting confirmation with new room for an early check in, there was no room avlbl and the reception boys were hardly bothered.

The hotel has shown me as No Show and charged me entire amount. I am not going to book any Treebo from now.

The hotel is not a Hotel, it is a Hostel, reception was a small 6x6 ft area filled with smoke, looks more like a smoking zone instead of a reception.

How can you even ask families with kids to stay here ??!!!

I didn’t like the staff and the facility is really bad due to hot water is not coming too many times I call but there is so late response about the money I feel it’s not comfortable
