まずまず。前の宿泊客のおむつが置いたままになっており、清掃が出来ていないのは残念。
Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。プールからの眺望も素晴らしい。

Cons:

チェックアウト時の会計のINVOICEがメールで届かない。メールアドレスは連絡済みなのですぐに送ってほしい。

Great hotel and attentive service
Pros:

Next to a vast area of greenery beyond which is the sea . If both were more accessible perhaps that would have been perfect but it nevertheless provided a great setting

Cons:

A bit far from airport and Panjim and also not much area to walk about in the property all activities confined to the building . Also room was very tight though had a great view

Highly recommend if you wanna feel like at home special with the staff
Pros:

I loved the hospitality of Miss deepmala , the way she handled the miscommunication about my electronic stuff is amazing , never seen such humble, polite and problem solving ability in one person.
The food was delicious and special thanks cheff abhishek for making me food that feels like home
In short both of these person makes me feel like home away from home .

Pros:

The breakfast spread was absolutely satiating. Each morning they would have some new added items. Compliments to the chef for egg benedict, french toasts, they have special coffee bar which was on the spot for coffee lovers and of course the south Indian corner was relished by my kids. Overall Excellent job with food and special thanks to the staff they were so courteous.

Great property, wonderful people, fantastic food
Pros:

The breakfast at the JW, Goa is probably the best we have eaten, not only in Goa, probably India. The vast variety of food items, specialised chefs for different cuisines (pastry chef, South Indian corner). The team at JW, whether at the reception, dining room, is exceptional, courteous and helpful. This is our third trip to the same property in 3 years and the only reason for going back is the wonderful people and food.

The overall stay was good

Cons:

We were given a room with broken water heater and the ac was not working and when we informed the staff a person with ladder came to the room to fix it- this wasn’t the kind of hospitality we expect from JW marriott and then my husband went to get our rooms changed and for the next 30 min we just waited and no one came to shift our luggage it was just a really bad check in experience

Our stay was fantastic. Except a small glitch at the time of check-in due to server down, everything was top notch.
Pros:

It’s a top notch property close to vagator beach. The infinity pool overlooking sea at some distance is a highlight. Rooms are big and cosy.

Cons:

They should try to enforce discipline at the pool. Some guests were using the pool in normal clothes.
