Pros:

I stayed this hotel for 2 nights.

The hotel was clean for the price, had hot water, and was comfortable. It is located in the center of Kolkata, and transportation was very convenient.

There was no toothbrush, but soap and shower gel were provided, and there was a bottle of water in the room. There was no hair dryer.
There is no restaurant, and meals are delivered to the room. Breakfast is only available from 8:00, so if you have to leave the hotel early in the morning, you cannot eat.

The hotel staff were also kind.

This may sound like a very nice hotel, but unfortunately it was very noisy at night. I don't know if the hotel has a club or party space, but there was loud music every night from late at night to the crack of dawn, and people were shouting, I could hear things were falling, and room doors were slammed loudly many times until the morning, so it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. I could even hear people fighting, and it seemed that they were like a very low-class group of people, and I felt very insecure. In the morning, there were empty plastic bottles and garbage scattered in the hallway.

So, even though the hotel facilities are good, it is so noisy that you can't sleep, thus I can't recommend this hotel to others. I hope they will improve this point.
