Pros:

It is located just behind the Periyar tiger reserve, so quite convenient. Also has the market in the neighbourhood where you get spices, banana chips and everything you want to buy when travelling ti Kerala.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room, size of the wash basin in the bathroom and breakfast were disappointing

Spacious rooms, great location, friendly staff, and a rooftop garden, but safety concerns and odours mar the stay.
Pros:

The property offers spacious rooms and is situated in a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the central air conditioning works efficiently. The basement parking is an added convenience, and the small rooftop garden adds to the overall experience.

Cons:

The property is not toddler-friendly. Many of the room furnishings, including some glass edges, have sharp corners that pose safety risks. Unfortunately, my toddler had an accident in the room where a glass edge pierced dangerously close to his eye. To make matters worse, there are no well-equipped hospitals nearby, which can be critical in emergencies.
Additionally, there was an unpleasant odour noticeable from the parking area through to the building, which detracted from the overall experience.
