Si quieres vivir la experiencia del centro de Nueva York, este es tu Hotel
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es fenomenal, está en centro de todo y es genial para moverse por la ciudad de una manera muy auténtica. Además, el hotel se nota que está bastante nuevo, es tecnológico (altavoz en el espejo, domótica de la habitación, ascensores etc.). La habitación era bastante amplia, limpia y cómoda, y el baño era bastante amplio y moderno. Como pega para la habitación, el almacenaje estaba bien para una persona, pero no para dos, el armario/burro solo daba para colocar las cosas de una persona. Algo a destacar son las vistas de la habitación, evidentemente es uno de los puntos fuertes del mismo. También tuve la oportunidad de utilizar el Gimnasio, bastante amplio, geniales vistas y maquinaria bastante suficiente para una estancia de una semana.

Cons:

Sin duda el punto débil de este hotel es el desayuno. Se trata de un desayuno "a la carta", el hotel cuenta con una cafetería en la cual puedes pedir café y algunos elementos para desayunar. Tenía un crédito de 35$ que podía redimir todas las mañanas en la cafetería, pero la variedad y calidad no era excepcional. Realmente por ese valor, puedes encontrar mejores opciones fuera. Para que este hotel fuera perfecto, les animaría a que implantaran un buen desayuno Buffet, eso marcaría bastante la diferencia y sería un Hotel TOP.

EXCELLENT! Clean, friendly, upscale hotel!
Pros:

Right in the heart of Times Square and a lot of places to eat within 1-7min walks. Secure building with two seperate elevators upon entering; one to get you into the main lobby and a bunch to go up to the hotel rooms. There are hotel staff always standing near the elevators to help, and you need the room key to go up to the rooms. Pet friendly even though I didn’t bring my dog that night. DuaneReade and 7eleven in close proximity (5-7min walk) from the hotel to grab extra stuff if you forget to bring extras to the hotel. Really clean room, quiet in the halls, and couldn’t really hear anything in the room next to us. Staff were really helpful and the restaurant had good food for the price! Breakfast was filling and really good as well! Plus they gave us a $35 restaurant credit upon check in. We only stayed for one night so I’m not sure if that was a “per night” thing. I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Great view without need of a corner room or room with view. Charging port for phones by the bedside, shower and entire room was clean… just a little slippery in the shower possibly due to cleaning products used. I would highly recommend with or without kids/pets!

Cons:

Very high pricing for waters and juices, making it necessary to go back out for them in the cold. They were ranging between $8.00-10.00 for cans and bottles of stuff. Not worth it to me. Then again, DoorDash/Uber eats was another option. But, the 7min walk to 7 eleven was worth it to us! Loud outside noise even on the 19th floor. I can’t imagine staying lower than we did. The car horns woke me up even at that level. But they do have button activated blackout curtains and sheer curtains at both bedsides for people who dislike/like the light coming in the morning!
