I will never stay again in this group of hotels nor will recommend to friends and relatives.

Cons:

Housekeeping services are lacking. Towels, water, tea / milk / sugar sachets not replaced after room cleaning. Breakfast starts at 7.30 am which is too late if you have to leave for work at 7.30 am. There is no staff to refill if something gets over nor to order dosas, omlette etc. Food quality is average. Most dishes mentioned on the In-room dining menu are not available. In-room dining staff came at 10.45pm to collect payment as there was a technical glitch while posting the food bill to my room expenses when they could have waited for the next day as the cheque was already signed. A hi-tech check-in process is of no use if the actual services are not good.

Great Hotel for a Short Stay
Pros:

The location was nice, close to my meeting spots. It was a no frills hotel with all the basic necessities and most importantly clean. The room size was good.

Cons:

Nothing much. The channels available in the cable television could have been better, almost nothing was working.
