A Lovely Place to Stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel in the heart of Jericoacoara is great. You can walk easily from there to shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the dining room for breakfast and the housekeeping staff. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and seating area and kept veryclean. The bathroom was also spacious although there was a slight issue of drainage in the shower when water settled in the tray rather than flowing away easily.

Cons:

This is my second stay after a road trip of three days and everything had improved since my first initial review.

A pleasant Hotel to stay!
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel but not five-star! But most of the staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent and the room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the service was also great.
The hotel is in the village centre which means restaurants and shops are all nearby to meet different needs.

Cons:

Apart from excellent breakfast, the facilities were not what I expected froma five-starhotel. For example, toiletries were only installed on the second day of my stay, which meant I had to purchase bath gel, shampoo and conditioner for my first night. The original desk staff gave no explanation but the housekeeping staff were there the following day to install holders for liquid soap and shampoo. An excellent result!
Im returning for a further stay next Sunday and hope my stay will be less disappointing.

O hotel é bem estruturado. Conforto no quarto. Café da manhã gostoso. Era nossa lua de mel e eles tiveram o cuidado em deixar o quarto todo arrumado com um mimo. Recomendamos!!
