Lovely stay at Sai international hotel. I stayed rooms 213 & 119 ... highly recommend the hotel and also the staff and very helpful since we only speak english....

recently i went to shirdi with family reception is very unprofessional and juniors dont know any thing and seniormanager was very rude .they delayed 1 hr check in .restaurent is avg . breakfast at 9am lacks 50 % of food .they could npt deliver required food even after half an hour .they cant manage rush.rooms are ok but room service was pathetic .even for dental kit i have to call 3 times and after 1 hr they delivered.foor service like coffee they were after me to pay immediately . at the time of check out because of delay ( 4hrs for paid darshan-Unexpected} at 1 pm i.e i hr delay they made us to pay half day room rent even after explaining and requesting MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND ASKED AS TO PAY IMMEDIATELY .we told that we will pay at the time of checkout but he didnt accept. as per makemy trip we were eligible for 2 hrs late check out .but he did not accept .overall very poor only advantage is location and they r using it to max

Terrible Experience 🚫 with Hotel Management and MD Divya Ahuja.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay, starting from the check-in process. The manager, Deb Ghosh, kept us waiting despite available rooms. Rooms in shambles: unclean and untidy conditions. Later when we tried escalating the issue as a constructive feedack to MD Divya Ahuja, she was unprofessional, rude, and refused to identify herself. She was observed laughing with one of the manager, showing a complete lack of empathy. All we saw the whole day was stressed guests with kids, with senior citizens venting out their frustation at reception. We urge all booking websites to blacklist this hotel 🛑. I prayer to the Almighty Shirdi Sai Baba to somehow close this hotel so that the owners Kishore Ahuja and Preeti Ahuja gets a lifetime lesson of their wrong deeds they are doing on this holy place. Om Sai Ram!!!

This hotel is absolutely terrible and not worth the money at all. The staff was rude and completely unprofessional. The room was dirty, the washroom smelled bad, and cleanliness was clearly ignored. Bedsheets and towels were not clean. Service was extremely slow, and even after complaining, no action was taken. This was a total waste of money. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is probably the most conveniently located and food from Madhuban restaurant is very safe for travelers. Would commend their chefs.

Excellent service - very very friendly people. Super close to temple - highly recommend for anyone visiting shirdi.
They have a play area as well to engage children. This is my third time staying here - exactly opposite to gate 1 for darshan.

Excellent atmosphere and very close to tge temple. Very calm and peaceful and right across entrance gate for temple. Room was nice and clean. Excellent value.

Worst services of Manager - Vicky at reception who doesn't know how to behave with customers and doesn't even have common sense. Never visit this place if you are going with friends and family. He calls himself as the owner of the property which doesn't looks like. Management team, Please take care of this person otherwise your guests will suffer.

Best hotel for comfortable visit with family. And also give breakfast and lunch or dinner options food quality is good.😊

Very bad experience this hotel yaha chori bohot hoti h,hamara saman bhi chori hua h room se,or staff bhi bohot bekar h room bhi bekar h. Humne Camara dikhne ko bola to saaf mana Kar diya ,m sabko yahi bolna chapati hu ki is hotel me kabhi stay namaste kare ..hum to zinghi me dubara is hotel me nhi aayge

Exceptionally courteous and well-trained staff. The atmosphere throughout the property is serene and divine. The premises is generally well-maintained, and the restaurant offers authentic Satvik cuisine.

The location is awesome. Staff is helpful and courteous. Restaurant service can be better, specially they need to make sure they are not serving in cracked cups and plates, also in one occasion they forgot to send the order. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall the experience was very good.

Rooms are good. Staff is awesome humble and cooperative. Housekeeping and service is also very good.need to improve on the buffet breakfast. Food was good but can still improve. Location is very good as it is bang opposite the temple and near to the market as well. Has parking so it's good.
