According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

Simplesmente um dos melhores quartos que já hospedei. O quarto é extremamente cheiroso, tudo bem limpo e arrumado. A vista da cidade é maravilhosa e tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente.
Tem secador, ferro de passar, sabonete, shampoo, condicionador, toalhas...
Amei minha hospedagem!

A cama é a limpeza estava boa. Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Precisa de uma reforma de pisos dos quartos e banheiro. Melhorar os ar condicionados que apesar de ser split e muito barulhento.
