Staff were polite, location was convenient.
Even though I had confirmed my stay and paid in advance, room was not reserved for the stay. I arrived at night and was given a room that looked like was not in use. We were told this is the last room that is why they are first showing us the room. Furnitures were broken, washroom was not clean, there were no toiletries. Although after a while they changed our room that was slightly better than the previous one but it was also not maintained, it had no dustbin, toiletries were spilled all over. For the price paid the room was not at all upto the mark.
They mentioned that we don't have any relation with booking.com and denied the booking made through booking.com
It had a lift for my old parents
The entire place was under construction and the staff was pathetic. A glass or water was also something we had to beg for

Complete bogus!! The pictures are fake and the hotel name was something else I don’t remember but I wrote to Fab hotel who in return had offer points to avail in my next visit to any of their other branch. Never again!!! Never never again. I have informed ‘Nor’ from Booking.com customer service. That’s the least I can could do. I was with my 12 year old Son, it was horrific. It took us around 2 hours to look for the place and later when asked to a nearby hotel they informed it is with some other name that starts with ‘A’. Rest is history. I had to shift to a nearby hotel around 11 pm and paid in full for no reason. Hope they plan to renovate the hotel soon. I wish I could have taken pictures but my son was cranky and had to hurry for check out.

The staff were very friendly. AC was good. The place was clean overall. The location was good and a very safe location with stores/cafes and restaurants (that were very good) locally. The staff were brilliant for me, always asked how I was and always had a smile on their face no matter the time of day.
The TV didn't work and was smashed up/falling apart, I stayed for 1 week and the room wasn't made up/cleaned/bins emptied/toilet roll replaced/towels replaced/water in the room given once during my stay. I used the room only to sleep in and do some work so that wasn't too bad. The shower was freezing (however I spoke with them and they confirmed hot water was for a few hours in a morning so I amended my shower time where possible for this and it was okay). I wasn't informed of breakfast etc so not sure if it was there but i didn't get any.
First the hotel was not easy to find because its name was not Fab hotel heaven but instead called something else. When I asked in hotels nearby they told me it was the same hotel. However, the hotel heaven told me that they had no room for me and took me 100m along the road to another hotel. Then I had to go back to heaven hotel to pay. It was not a good experience and I was concerned for my safety.
I never saw the property apart from reception
The location was prime every major attraction was nearby, the hosts were very well spoken and well behaved.
