It is Amazing property , if maintained professionally can do wonders.
Pros:

This property is a Gem of places to live but is highly ignored somehow by management .
Amazingly made but not maintained

Cons:

It is on main road , room smelt like smoking room full of Pollution smoke from road.
They Have very limited facility , refused to serve before 8:30 am saying no milk and staff comes late. But reception guy made at 8:15 and served us.
We asked twice again for tea at 12:30 and 4:00 pm but refused by snooty staff making excuses.
We found cockroach on our bed as soon as we entered, no drinking water provided.

Cons:

1st of all when u booked it was mentioned that i had to pay at the property but there were non stop messages from fab hotels to pay and advance amount of 2127 to confirm my booking which i did via UPI but ... when we reached the hotel the staff at the front desk told us that they don't have rooms for the days that the booking has been confirmed . So when we spoke to the agent they told us to go to the other hotel .. which was not a fab hotel but an OYO and not in a safe location. i was told by the hotel staff to stay there or they would deem the booking cancelled to which i told them to cancel and i would book somewhere else ..btw there was also a property next to the original hotel but they told me that they do no keep foreign guests which was horrible as to why a hotel would not like to have international clientele. Later i was sent an invoice for 771 rs for tHe stay in fab when i dint and i also havent got any requisite refunds. of 2127 or any cab fares which were promised by fab hotel agents on phone and whenever i call them they talk in very ill manner and say that the issue will be resolved when it will be resolved .. there is bo proper guidance as to what i am suppsed to do to solve this or get my refund
