Pros:

Great, and welcoming staff.
They are, by far, the best part of the property.

Cons:

A number of things.

*One elevator doesn't go down to the lobby.
You have to go to the 1st floor, then walk down.
*You can't order food for delivery.
*The bum-gun didn't work.
*Shower head wouldn't stay on.
*The room was dingy and in desperate need of an upgrade and a paint job.
To be fair, it was clean, but run-down (which is not the fault of the staff).

They are charging at a price point which is simply not competitive or justified.

Disappointed by the property.
But appreciated the staff.

Pros:

In budget hotel category it's very good...breakfast also was excellent

Cons:

Towel and water bottle were missing in room
...felt like room was not ready for guest.....

But Were provided when asked.

Pros:

Hospitality of staff was on par with 5 star hotels

Cons:

The fresh fruit juices were not from fresh fruits. It was from tetra pack and too sweet.
