Unworthy experience. An absolute waste of money
Pros:

Nothing much except for couple of staff who were aligned to their job and location accessibility

Cons:

The list is a little lengthy -
1. Poor service as a whole
2. Bad facility; something or the other was non-functional in either of the rooms
3. Super bad staff behaviour. Rude, arrogant
4. Basic amenities were not in place which were mentioned during booking
5. Supreme poor Wifi network
6. TV doesn't work
7. Baby cockroaches in the room

Pros:

Breakfast was satisfactory as there are limited options. Location was fine.

Cons:

Room conditions was not good. Door handles were damaged. Door was not closing smoothly. Toilet cistern was not working. Bathroom tap was leakage. Staff service was very poor.

Only the staff was good

Cons:

Pathetic, disgusting rooms. The doors were not getting locked properly, the rooms were flooded after rain, there was no proper hot water, the rooms were smelly. There was no electricity for 2 hours. No soaps provided. It was a bad experience.

Pathetic, frustrating, disappointing, waste of money
Pros:

This was the most pathetic experience of my stay in any hotel in my entire life..many of the facilities were not working...the staff was just careless about everything...I complained numerous times but it was not fixed....no hot water in bathroom, towels not available, house keeping not done, no water bottles kept in room despite telling everyday, the walls of the room were dampen and dirty, there was paan spitting on the wall (it was not cleaned even we complained many times), bathroom water spilling outside to the room....very very disappointing experience

Morning breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The staff always ask for money. Very pathetic service. Will never visit again. Booking.com should block these kind of hotels.But they never clean the room and room service was pathetic.
