Great stay!!!!
Pros:

We stayed at Regenta Central in total 9 days to explore Lucknow. The hotel is located in a very good area of Lucknow. The hotel is very good equipped, very clean and with a very good price-performane ratio. The staff is very professionell, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is enourmous and leaves nothing to be desired- great!!!!! Even in a medical issue Mr. Naumaan was very helpful to find the right solution!!

Nice and comfortable stay in a centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Hotel is centrally situated with easy approach to all kinds of travel modes, including metro. The building is big and very nicely done up interiors and decor. Property has sufficient parking space as well.
Room was big, specious and clean, having all necessary facilities, large TV, toiletries, tea/coffee sachets, water bottles, etc. Big window to room view. Room cleaning was done without asking.
Breakfast had big spread with different varieties to suit all kinds of tastes. Tasty preparations.
Staff was courteous and helpful.

Cons:

The main entrance to the hotel lobby is through first floor. The entry at the ground level is non-descript and you need to take either stairs or lift to reach the Reception at the first floor. Dampener to the first impression of the property.

A+ property, clean and spacious room with unbeatable location and amazing breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location and well kept property with good options for breakfast. Large room size and close to all the shops and attractions. Ample parking space. Overall look and feel of hotel was top notch

Cons:

Housekeeping and consistency might be a problem. After housekeeping the floor had bits of food lying around which means the floor wasn't cleaned. Bed runners were absent in my room whereas my friend's room had bed runners so not consistent.

Uncleab, linens, towels, poorly maintained doors, baths; door handle came out in hands. Moved our rooms twice. No compensation. Ineffective front staff. Tarun tried next morning, but it was too late. Bad experience in Lucknow.

Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights and everything was as per expectation. In room dining experience was great. Staff was polite and helped with additional requests with no extra charges. I will definitely be back again.

Pros:

Nothing to be liked about

Cons:

Hotel management harassed me just for bringing in a guest during day time as I booked for single occupancy. They threatened me to call police and overcharged me also for hosting a guest during day time. Shameless human beings without any ethics and morals. They couldn’t even clean up the rooms.
