One of the receptionists is great; he convinced me to stay more days here with his wonderful service. The hotel is quite far from the center but Uber is very cheap and worked well for me. Is almost in front of the railway station so was very convenient for me as I needed to take a train early in the morning. The restaurant is also good.
It's not the best location and not many options for things to eat nearby. The laundry service is overpriced.

They denied booking.com policies too, and denied our stay, also demanded extra amount other than the fixed amount(including taxes)

Superb location. Very close to railway station.
The hotel is close to the train station, which is ideal for me because I had to catch an early train to Delhi. It's a bit of a walk to the old town with the Golden Temple, but that's OK for me (you have to use the bridge in the station). The restaurant is good, reasonably priced and has a good selection. The room is not too small and the hot water works. The people are very nice and helpful.
