Everything. The room was dirty, power lines were dangerously hanging from the sockets. Bathroom was filthy. The lights in the room were dangling.

I would not book in this hotel again

Unfriendly staff. Room was booked (with no prepayment needed option), when we reached hotel in the night, they told at the reception that room booking was cancelled and no rooms available. No prior intimation or cancellation messages were sent. They asked us to go to nearby hotel and said they will provide room for same price. But room was small (definitely not the superior room that we booked) and also breakfast was included in price in this hotel and in the new hotel it was not provided, we had to book breakfast with extra pay.
There is no guarantee in this hotel if you book a room. They can cancel anytime and leave you stranded on streets.

Disappointing
Pros:

Was booked on Booking.com , paid advance also , but full payment was asked immediately on arrival. not at the time of check out. Water bottle provided was not sealed on first day and on second day , no water was bottle was available in the room.

Cons:

Dirty Towels , Brocken plumbing and sanitary fittings, Hot water to tap comes only after wasting few buckets of water .
