Would never come to this hotel ever again. Do not come here , terrible staff and terrible hotel.
Pros:

Nothing was good at the property. Terrible experience do not go here. Book any other place but this.

Cons:

The hotel was horrible. There was insects in the room , the staff refused to change the room and said its raining so its very normal for insects to be there in the room and they did not even bother to clean it. After an hour the air conditioner stopped working , when complained the staff said they are sending someone and after 30 mins the person said there is a wiring issue and ac will not work. We were told to shift to the new room, which had lot more insect. when we went down to complain the staff did not bother to help us but started screaming at us. One of them was drunk and the other one did not care to help us. The drunk guy ran outside the property when we told him he is drunk and did not come back in, he was sent out by the other person so he does not ruin it more for them. When we did ask for the owners no. they said they cannot call him and they do not have the number. After we were adamant to talk to the owner about the whole experience and how his staff was drunk at night , the person shifted us to another hotel at 1 am in the Night which was owned by the same owner. Do not go to this Hotel it is very very bad and staff are not there to help you. Would never come to this hotel ever again. Wanted to speak to Mr Varun who is the owner of the property but the staff never allowed us to. Terrible experience. We got to know the name of the owner from the other property where we were shifted to at night. The staff here was not even sorry. Got to know the owners name from the staff at the property we were shifted to.

Pros:

There dining area is only beautiful.

Cons:

Rooms aren’t okayish but can be better. Half liter water per day per pax, extra is chargeable. I guess water shall be provided without charge. No warm water.

Super value for money , great service and cleanest room
Pros:

My parents stayed there for 2 days and loved the experience. The hotel took the entire responsibility of them., even arranged Birthday cake for my father. The rooms are super clean, well maintained and hygienic alongside seamless payment flexibility. Distance from ghat is nearby. Overall value for money stay.
