Pros:

Clean, good location, quick staff response

Cons:

No toiletries provided, its on the police bazaar roas so it can be very noisy in your room.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Oh my goodness this hotel!! The staff were WONDERFUL! So attentive, kind and helpful! Really warm also. The hotel manager called me a couple of times during my stay to see if there was anything else I needed, they also gave me a number of complimentary meals which were lovely - especially the dinner in the hotel restaurant! Exceptional! The bed in my room was sooo comfortable too. I absolutely loved this place!

Cons:

It was a little noisy at times at night - if you are a light sleeper request a room away from the road :)

Stay was calm and cool. I loved the property and will stay again.
Pros:

Break fast was sweet and simple, but tasty.
Did not like with few options. More options should have been there, like, Chicken Sausage, South Indian dish (e.g. Idli, small Uttapam), Fruits like-Pappaya, Guava, Apple.

Cons:

Complementary Picnic Party food parceled and given to me, might have made with expired ingredients, so when I opened to eat, it was decomposed and not suitable to eat at all, so I had to throw the complete food in dustbin. Even the Dark Chocolate Pastry was expired stock as well as Cheese Tart.

Wonderful friendly staff and great location.
Pros:

The staff were among the best ever. The location was great with Police Bazaar markets and shopping a 2 minute walk.

Cons:

The staff were awesome, they kept giving me complimentary beers and even offered a dinner, but I had already eaten.

Would really recommend if you are in the town. Definitely be staying again whenever we are in Shillong.
Pros:

The property was really good and the overall hospitality by the staff was amazing. I booked the property for my parents and they were really happy with the stay. They were even offered complimentary breakfast. The staff was courteous and helpful.

An exceptional stay with a stunning view of the city!
Pros:

We decided to stay in the property upon our return from Cherrapunjee. The warm reception and courteousness was equally well received as our first stay. The facilities were clean, the staff responsive and the view of the city was breathtaking! The location is conveniently located at the heart of the city and the bustling. Additionally, the laundry service and the hotel restaurants were a major plus. The restaurant menu is immense catering to every audience and the food was prepared with meticulous care. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay at the heart of Shillong
Pros:

The property was very clean and the location is at the heart of the city. Night time is festive and many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very courteous, attentive and responsive. Absolutely loved the stay and would stay again.
