The property was just what we needed for an over night stay
The price was raised from £69 to £80 after I had purchased it. I had been watching the price fluctuate for a few days between £51 and £59 for a standard room including all taxes. Once I decided we were going to stay there I clicked on £58, I then added breakfast which took the price to £69 including all taxes yet when I completed the transaction I was charged £80. I emailed the hotel 3 times and didn’t get a reply. On arrival the hotel seemed unable to assist with my enquiry and said to email booking.com. Customer service at booking.com were also very unhelpful so on exit I had to pay the amount.
