Pros:

Room was cozy and we were provided additional bed for our kid .
Mostly pleasant experience across facilities including dining. Very comfortable stay with kids. They made our day with special decor and cake for bday

Excellent stay transiting to Delhi
Pros:

Clean and great hospitality from everyone. A special thanks to Mr Daman (front office manager)and his staff to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We got our room for early check in, and they managed some local money transfer from previous guesthouse. We had the buffet supper - wow 🤩 food was excellent and plentiful. We also had an early flight to Delhi and got our breakfast in a carry out bag. Very accommodating, highly recommend for a night in and out of Jodhpur.

One of the best stay at this price range!
Pros:

Breakfast was freshly made and so good! Most important is the service of the staff. I have been to novotel in other city, but this was by far my best service experience at a Novotel hotel! Restaurant staff was smiling and hospitable. Priyanka the manager, was so helpful. I forgot to carry my samples to the factory. It was only with Priyanka's assistance that my day was saved and I could finish my work as per the plan! Extremely grateful.

Pros:

All the housekeeping, in room dining, reception, and dining staff was excellent. On the front desk, Ms. Lovepreet, went out of her way to get me my room before check in time and her clear communication was very much appreciable.

Cons:

Room to my door didn't have swinging latch lock and some dishes and bowls were chipped on the edges.
