Exceptional Stay
Everything to be loved about the place
Supura Bagh is a gorgeous property. It is serene and peaceful. Exceptionally clean and spacious with extremely comfortable beds and amenities. I would stay here again and again. It is a little out of town so you do need a driver.
The wifi can be a bit patchy which is a problem if you are trying to work but sufficient for leisure.
Everything
Notjing was bad
Our stay at Surpura Bagh was truly unforgettable. The property is stunning, surrounded by peaceful gardens and full of charm – a real oasis in Rajasthan. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and give a sense of heritage and authenticity.
The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and making us feel at home from the very first moment. A special mention goes to Chef Manan Singh, who was incredibly welcoming and willing to prepare any dish we wished for – his kindness and talent made every meal a delight. He even created an exemplary dinner adapted to our Italian taste, showing great flexibility and skill. Most importantly, when one of us had stomach issues, the chef and the staff took wonderful care of us, preparing light and suitable dishes with genuine attention.
The food overall was delicious, freshly prepared, and served in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
This is not just a hotel, but an experience of Rajasthan’s hospitality and culture. We left with wonderful memories and the wish to come back soon. Highly recommended!
Great customer service from all staff.
I liked everything.
The staff was generally very friendly with an exception or two. The restaurant staff was very friendly and courteous. Food served in breakfast was good but with very limited options. Room was big and spacious. Private pool was small but good. Good service in room overall. The overall ambience of the area where the reception and rooms are, is very good. Well maintained garden and lawn. Very clean and airy rooms and surroundings. Close to nature.
With the label "Resort" you have certain expectations which they lack.
- No gaming area (Table tennis / board games). When asked we were told that they can give board games in the room.
- No activity at all, Just stay in the room.
- Too few options in Food.
- Wifi was not reliable and I had hard time working from room. Even mobile signals are very weak.
- There is no work desk in the room, not even a chair. Had to get a chair from Garden (They do have big sofa in the room though)
- Luggage storage in Bathroom. Seriously?
- Private pool is not really private. Any one can enter your private pool area any time.
- There is no live streaming services available. When asked we were told that you have to use your own account to avail the streaming service. So, no use of the TV in the room technically.
- The fridge drips and leaks water and you have to be extra cautious walking around it.
We booked for 3 nights expecting a lot of activities and fun but unfortunately we had to sit in the room or get away from the resort and go to the town which is 10 kilometers away.
Garden attached with room was awesome and we had great stay there with trees planted creating a natural vibe to saty and enjoy
Restaurant dinner service was a bit slow and more options could be added in indian cuisine menu of rasala
Beautiful & spacious rooms, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on location is delicious and very fair in pricing. The grounds where the rooms are lovely.
Breakfast was a bit limited, the pool (for everyone) was a bit far from pools and because it's at the restaurant it doesn't seem very comfortable/welcoming to lie there in bathing suit. Everyone was incredibly friendly but we were often asked to leave a tripadvisor review which was definitely a bit much.
A fabulous experience, made even better by the exceptional service by Sachin, Tapasya and the rest of the staff. Very welcoming, warm and helpful. Truly a gem in Jodhpur
The breakfast and the food is vegetarian with limited options . It was not well prepared and was very spicy. it needs to offer more variety and cater to all tastes.
The food and service at the breakfast counters.
The grounds of the hotel are really beautiful, with wide, open spaces and well-maintained gardens. The rooms are bright, spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks at the on-site restaurant and bar were some of the best we experienced during our visit to India.
The hotel is a little secluded, so it may not be in the best location if you are planning to do sightseeing in Jodhpur. Although it is still easy enough to get there.
The energy of the place is awesome..the rooms very spacious and nice ..plenty of places to sit in the gardens and enjoy the sunshine ..and a very good team of people
The maintenance could be a little better
Very clean and big villas, great staff and service
Would be nice if there’s a Spa and a heated pool.
While the location was a bit remote, overall the property was gorgeous. I really enjoyed staying close to nature, and the hotel had a lot of greenery and open spaces.
Please introduce in-room dining! :)
They were responsive to suggestions for breakfast - and we loved the local breakfast food made. The manager Amit Pushkarna, front desk staff and the f&B manager/ staff were extremely attentive and helpful
