The room was good but not as per the price.
There's not much to complain about.
Billing of dinner to be included in the final budget itself and shouldn't bother customers during living time.
Staff is helpful
This hotel needs maintenance. Washrooms are getting flooded just in a 2 minutes shower. Cleaning is not upto the mark.
Very nice location in a quiet area. The hotel is beautifully designed with lots of wood, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. We really enjoyed our stay.
Spacious bedroom, friendly and helpful staff, great location if you are attending a wedding in South Delhi. The reception area was beautiful!
The breakfast was not a buffet so limited options available. The ground staff was also low in numbers which put a lot of pressure on them.

There was no buffet restaurant. We had to order food from a photocopied piece of paper. Very limited options.
The pool was really dirty.... A health hazard..
The toilet seat was broken, and although fixed quickly it had definitely been like that for a while.
Our room key stopped working 3 times in the two days we stayed there.
The security guard was super rude on our arrival.
We had booked a 3 night stay but had to leave after only 2 due to the state of the hotel. It is a shame that hotels disguise thier true star status. Not a four star, should be a two.

The location was nice and quiet but was quite out of the city. The local shops were not very accommodating. The shops catered to local trade such as carpenters. Motor repairs etc.
Very bad experience, first time in my life I have seen that if u stay at hotel and u eat something u have to pay the bill at the same time otherwise in other hotel I have signed the food bill and pay all the bill at the time of checkout
First time experience in my life ,it means they don't believe that the family who stay at hotel is genuine.
Worst experience is that when I enter my room cigratte smell is there all over the room,no pre planning for checkin
